I’m Cat – a coach, a mum, and the founder of The Active Mum Club. I know firsthand how hard it can be to juggle everything while trying to prioritise your own health. That’s why I created this community – to give busy mums the structure, support, and motivation they need to feel strong, confident, and in control of their fitness.
No fad diets. No extreme workouts. Just a simple, effective approach that fits into your life – because you deserve to feel amazing.
Absolutely – if you relate to the struggles of busy women trying to stay active and feel your best, you’re more than welcome to join! This is a supportive space for all women who want structure, weight-loss, accountability, and a community-driven approach to their fitness journey.
Most members stay at the Active Mum Club for sometimes years! But I do ask that you stick at it for at least 4 months to give you enough time to reach your goal!
That’s up to you! The program is designed to be flexible to fit your lifestyle and fitness level. You’ll train a minimum of twice a week, but if you’re ready for more, you can go up to five sessions per week—whatever works best for you and your schedule
We open intakes monthly, so don’t miss your chance! You can sign up at any time to secure your spot for the next intake and get ready to start your journey
You can choose between home and gym workout options! For home workouts, the minimum equipment required is two dumbbells—that’s all you need to get started. If you have access to more, you can scale up, but the program is designed to work with what you have!
1 month notice is required!
