From answering your questions in the group chat to keeping you accountable, I’m here to help you stay on track and feel your best—because every mum deserves to feel strong, confident, and supported.

That’s why I created these communities – to give mums and mums-to-be the structure, support, and safe training they need to feel strong, confident, and empowered through every stage of motherhood
The workouts are on-demand follow along sessions suitable for home or in the gym.
Absolutely! You can select your current Trimester and work your way safely through pregnancy.
That’s up to you! The program is designed to be flexible to fit you & how you are feeling. There are 2-3 workouts per week to complete – but no pressure.
You can join the bump club at any time!
The sessions vary from bodyweight only to light equipment. All you will need is two dumbbells and some bands.
